Angels Watching Over Me

This is an account of one lady, Mary, praying for the well being of her friend, Christy. Mary prayed for Christy and sent her the following prayer: "Lord, I lift my friend Christy. I thank you for answering our prayers that it is nothing serious. Lord I know how much You love Christy. It is for that reason I have all the faith that you will heal her mind body and spirit. While she is going through this healing process Lord, I humbly ask that you send a circle of angels to surround her bed each night as she sleeps. Let them lay their hands on her and pray for her healing each and every night as she rests. Let her feel the peace and healing as it is happening. Keep her mind from worry. I ask this in the name of Jesus and I thank You Lord for this healing in my friend. Amen." Christy had emailed me that she has a pseudo tumor pressing on her optical nerve. It is not thought to be dangerous and is correctable, but she is loosing sight in one of her eyes. At the end of her email she told me she was going to bed. I wrote to her and sent her copy of the above prayer. ( I asked her to send a copy of the prayer back to me).. This is a copy of her email I received the next day. I was so thankful to God and also excited when I read it... Mary! That was so sweet. Thank you for that prayer. Now, its interesting that you prayed for angels to surround me every night because I had an interesting experience last night and I hadn't read your prayer before retiring! I awakened around 2:00 A.M. and I smelled the sweetest scent. I wasn't fully awake though. It was a sweet flowery scent. I, sleepily, thought it must be the lavender oil drops I'd bathed in that previous evening and I fell back to sleep thinking how good I smelled. I again woke up at about 5:00 A.M. and realized I didn't use any lavender drops in my bath last night! I believe it was angels. There is nothing else that I can attribute the scent to. And I had prayed and asked the Lord to show me His presence that night! Music: Angels Among Us
