Thank you for this glad new day,
Only kind words help me say.
Help me in the things I do
to be pleasing, Lord, to you.

A GOOD NIGHT PRAYER

I have had a happy day,
Thank you for the night. For sleep
And that in Your loving care,
all Your world You safely keep.
