A Tiny Soul Flies Home by: Patricia Osborn Orton A tiny soul just left this earth Riding on Angels wings To be taken to The Master As the Heavenly Choir sings. God sent on loan this little child So sweet, so fair, so small, To gladden the hearts of family- Mom, Dad and Siblings all. God used this little life For a purpose of His own. The answer's still not clear Why He suddenly took it home From this earthly veil of tears Into His eternal rest But one thing we must know, He gave to you His best. He took a bit of heav'n And sent it straight to you. He gave you something special As no other one could do. He wants you to remember That little space in time When you held a tiny treasure From the Father, so divine. But He wants to give you peace And to wipe away your tears. For you will see this child again When your work is finished here.

May God grant you peace in your life and give you comfort during your time of mourning and know that He will bring the sun when His Son comes in the morning. ©Aug-1998

Kosair Charities has grown to provide millions of dollars in medical care to children each year and the former kosair Crippled Children's Hospital has been transformed into Kosair Children's Hospital. a national leader among children's hospitals in terms of quality of care and technical leadership ---------- Newborns In Need is a 501 (c) 3 charity organized to take care of sick and needy babies and their families; and in cases of crisis, to help where help is needed. Newborns in Need, Inc. is founded upon Christian principles and provides essential items without charge to those in need. They have been serving God's tiniest children since 1992. ------------------------------------------------------ Touching Little Lives is another very wonderful organization that provides help to needy families who find themselves with a child who is born prematurely and in need of tiny clothing or in need of clothing for burial because they are too small for regular sizes. These layettes are provided free of charge. Touching Little Lives provides, basically, the same services, free of charge, that Newborns In Need provides. Their mission is to 'touch the little lives' of needy premature and newborn infants in Ohio, to do all that they can to give them, free of any charge, the necessities that every newborn needs. Their volunteers hand make quilts, blankets, caps, booties, gowns, undershirts, afghans, bibs, sleepers, and other articles as well as provide diapers, hygiene products, formula and bottles when possible. ------------------------------------------------------- A link to all of the organizations mentioned above can be found below. Both of the above organizations help children. Korsair Charity gives care to children in need of hospital care. Newborns in need provides help for premature babies and babies in need. Patterns for clothing and other needs that cannot be found in stores in the regular baby department. The two organizations are not associated with each other.
